Freeze Spells Available at Town Hall 9

Currently freeze spells, which are extremely handy for taking on inferno towers and Town Hall 10 players, is only available for TH10 users. However, after the update in December the Freeze spell will be unlocked for Town Hall 9 players. This will help them take on more powerful TH9's, and have a much better chance at Town Hall 10's during daily fights, or especially in Clan Wars. Bring it on!

However, it looks like only level 1 freeze spells will be available, and TH9 will need to upgrade to 10 if they want to upgrade the freeze spell.
