Loss of Rank Issues

In the days leading up to the February update's release we saw a number of console and PC users complain about loss of rank and loss of equipment earned in the game. 

On February 26th, the companies noted that they had fixed the issue on Xbox One and that they were still investigating the issues on PC and PS4. 

Some users continue to see the problem after the February update though some are saying that their issues have dissipated. Some users have seen their accounts (rank, items) return to normal while others are still searching for answers. 

This should get resolved before the March update arrives and those affected by the issue will want to monitor the situation on EA's forums.
