Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 4 at the beginning of September, delivering a metal frame that fans and critics demanded for years and a new 2k display like the LG G3. Galaxy Note 4 buyers also gain access to a new version of Samsung’s software with an improved Multi Window mode and new S Pen features.

The latest Galaxy Note arrives just in time to compete with the iPhone 6 Plus,. This is Apple’s first large screen iPhone, and with a 5.5-inch 1080P display it is close enough for many potential buyers to consider.
Galaxy Note 4 Release Date & Price
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 carriers in the U.S. include AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon Wireless. The Galaxy Note 4 price is $299 on contract, $825 to $850 off contract or $34 to $41 a month with payment plan options.

The Galaxy Note 4 release date is October 17th on Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. We still don’t know the Sprint Note 4 release date or if US Cellular plans to sell the Note 4 at this time.

The new Galaxy Note 4 display isn’t as exciting as the curved Galaxy Note Edge, but it does deliver a super-high 2,560 x 1,440 resolution that looks stunning in person. You might question the need for a smartphone screen with so many pixels, but it delivers an amazing amount of detail to photos shown on the display.
Samsung is back with a better S Pen that allows you to activate features and write on the screen to take notes. There is also a new Note taking feature that allows you to take a photo of notes on a whiteboard and bring them in to your phone in an editable note so you can add to it.
Samsung also includes a new UV sensor to help check if you are getting too much UV exposure, a heart rate sensor to track your heart rate and stress levels in S Health and an IR port to control your HDTV. There is also a fingerprint sensor for secure login and app usage.
