The new Galaxy Note 7 should be better, faster, have an improved camera, more storage, longer battery life, is water resistant and runs the latest version of Android all inside a premium metal frame. When can you get one? Soon.
Last year the Note 5 was announced in mid August and released two weeks later. Much earlier than the October arrival of the Note 4. In 2016 the Galaxy Note 7 should be announced on or around August 2nd and released within two weeks. So before August 16th. However, one report claims it will be announced and released on August 2nd, available around the globe the same day. That's unconfirmed and never done before by Samsung.
Recently the above photo leaked, which may or may not be real. It reportedly confirms the name will be the Galaxy Note 7 (not 6), that it's coming August 2nd, not to mention suggests the "next edge is around the corner" potentially confirming it will have a curved display. We're hoping Samsung releases two. One flat regular model, and a Galaxy Note 7 Edge.
Either way, Samsung has addressed every complaint Note 4 owners had (aside from a removable battery, which isn't a problem when it recharges this quick) added a better camera and generally made a better phone in every aspect. We have just over a month to wait, so stay tuned for more details. Will you be upgrading when the time comes? Let us know in the comment section below.
