And finally, we're to the million dollar questions. How much are these big phones? Well, the Galaxy Note 9 is available as we speak around the globe and costs $999 for the 128GB model, and nearly $1,300 for the 512GB model. Yeah, expensive. You can add a microSD card though, so get the 128GB one. Google's Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL are available now for pre-order and hit Verizon shelves on October 18th. Pre-orders and in-store availability will be the 19th elsewhere.
Basically, if you don't need 128GB of storage and are ok with 64GB, you can save $100 by getting the Pixel 3 XL from Google. We wanted to see a lower price this year, or other carriers supported, but neither happened. You can, however, use the Pixel 3 on most carriers if you get the unlocked model from the Google Store. Does this all help you decide which phone to buy? Grab the Note 9 today, wait for the Pixel 3 XL, or maybe even wait for the OnePlus 6T. | ||||||
