The AT&T HTC One, which isn’t slated to hit shelves until April 19th and which was thought to be arriving early for some of those that pre-ordered, has indeed arrived early for at least some who ordered early.

HTC’s new HTC One will be landing in the United States, at least officially, once April 19th rolls around. AT&T and Sprint have both been offering pre-orders for the device ahead of its arrival on the 19th. T-Mobile is also planning to carry the HTC One though its release won’t come until April 24th. And while those who haven’t ordered yet will have to wait, some of those who pre-ordered, at least through AT&T, have received an early surprise.

Yesterday, we told you that some AT&T HTC One pre-orders were scheduled to arrive earlier than April 19th, specifically, today. We weren’t sure if AT&T would put a hold on those orders and as it turns out, it did not, as we have confirmed that AT&T HTC One orders are indeed arriving on door steps today a few days ahead of schedule.

The photo below was sent in by a reader who was lucky enough to receive his AT&T HTC One early. The device looks similar to the other HTC One models except for one difference, the AT&T logo at the bottom. As we’ve seen T-Mobile is keeping its HTC One clean of any carrier branding but AT&T has opted to put its logo at the bottom. Fortunately, it’s extremely faint, something that should please those that like their device’s design untouched.

Other than that, this is the same HTC One that we’ve seen emerge on other markets around the world. This is, however, the first time that it has officially landed in the United States through a carrier.

The HTC One is HTC’s rival to the iPhone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S4, the former of which is already out on shelves, the latter which is arriving in just a few days.

It features many high specifications including a 4.7-inch 1080p display, quad-core processor, Ultrapixel camera, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and the new HTC Sense 5. It also features a full metal design that offers zero gaps.

Thanks, D House!

You should check sprint.com/myorder and put in your order number. No email, but mine is already being shipped to get here tomorrow.
