The HTC One S, one of T-Mobile’s most popular Android smartphones, is headed to a new U.S. carrier.

Cincinnati Bell has announced that it will begin to carry the HTC One S, one of the devices that makes up HTC’s One Series of smartphones, starting on June 25th.

The carrier is going to be offering it at a pretty steep price point as it’s going to charge $299.99 on a new two-year contract. That price drops to $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate.

The Cincinnati Bell HTC One S is going to be the same device that has been out since April on T-Mobile. That means that it’s going to feature a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED qHD display, a speedy dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, and a rear facing 8MP camera that has tons of bells and whistles including face detection, auto focus, smart LED flash, and digital and optical zoom.

In addition, it has a front-facing camera for video chat, a 1650mAh battery, 16GB of internal storage space and 25GB of free DropBox storage space (for two years), and Beats Audio.

And yes, it will come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box along with HTC’s custom UI, HTC Sense 4.0, right over the top of it.

We liked the T-Mobile version of the device and the Cincinnati Bell version of the HTC One S should be a solid smartphone as well.

As the name of the carrier suggests (Cincinnati is in Ohio), it’s regional in nature, which means that it will mostly cover folks in the state of Ohio.

Interested parties will want to head to Cincinnati Bell’s coverage map to find out if service is available close by.
