HTC introduced a trio of phones at this year’s Mobile World Congress. The HTC One X which is heading to AT&T. The HTC One S which will be landing on T-Mobile. And the HTC One V, a device that has been rumored to be heading to a trio of U.S. carriers including MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular and Virgin Mobile. Well, it appears that we now have some information in regards to the device’s pricing on Virgin Mobile and it appears that it will cost under $200.

This is significant because Virgin Mobile does not require customers to sign into a contract.

It’s also exciting because the HTC One V has some things to like on board including Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest mobile operating system from Google. Android 4.0 on the HTC One V will also have the new HTC Sense 4.0 on board.

HTC has said that Sense 4.0 will be its best UI yet as it has returned to what made HTC Sense great in the first place.

It also has a 3.7-inch display that is of WVGA quality, a 1GHz processor, 4GB of on-board storage, 512MB of RAM, and a 5MP rear camera. Not mind blowing by any stretch of the imagination but certainly a phone to look at with a price tag under $200 without a contract.

The device is expected to touch down here in the United States at some point in April but at this point we don’t have a specific date for the One V’s arrival.

It will certainly give Virgin Mobile’s lineup a huge boost when it does arrive, joining the likes of the aging Motorola Triumph and the new, Alcatel Venture.
