Early iOS 10 Performance Feedback
You'll want to dig into iOS 10 feedback right now and on the iOS 10 release date itself, especially if you own an older device and/or if you're coming from an older version of iOS 9, iOS 8 or iOS 7.
A short time ago, Apple released the iOS 10 Gold Master, the final beta and software that should mirror the final version it releases to the public. We've already seen feedback about the GM go live and we should see more emerge ahead of September 13th.
You'll also want to keep an eye out for early feedback about the final version of iOS 10. We expect a ton of it to emerge on release day.
You might feel tempted to install the iOS 10 update right when it's released but those of you with older devices on older versions of iOS might want to wait to see how things shake out.
If you're feeling leery, let the guinea pigs download the iOS 10 update and relay feedback about performance in key areas like UI speed and battery life.
