Expect a Limited iOS 9.2.1 Downgrade

There will almost certainly be an iOS 9.2.1 downgrade available after the iOS 9.3 release. Don't expect the downgrade to be open for much longer than two weeks though.

Apple should continue signing off on the iOS 9.2.1 update after the iOS 9.3 update arrives. This will allow you to take advantage of a loophole and drop back down to the older update if it outperforms iOS 9.3. 

Don't expect this loop hole to be open forever though. Apple typically stops signing one to two weeks after a release and we wouldn't expect anything different this time around with iOS 9.2.1 and iOS 9.3.

Come to the iOS 9.3 release prepared. To do that, run down the downgrade process right now. You'll be in much better shape if you do.
