Reasons to & Not to Install iOS 10.1.1

We've still having a great experience with the iPhone 6 iOS 10.1.1 update but there are some reasons to consider holding off.

We've put together a list of some of the pros and cons of iOS 10.1.1 and they're worth a look if you're currently on the fence about making the move from iOS 8, iOS 9 or an older version of iOS 10.

Some of the reasons are obvious. For instance, you won't want to move to iOS 10.1.1 right now if you're jailbroken. Some of the other reasons aren't so obvious. We don't recommend the iOS 10.1.1 to those traveling for work or pleasure.

If you're feeling a bit leery, take a look at our list. It should help you get to one side of the fence or the other today.

Also note that the next iOS 10 update should be out in mid-December. So if you aren't feeling extraordinarily confident about iOS 10.1.1, feel free to wait for the next release.
