LG V40 vs LG V30: Which One to Buy?

The LG V30 is available as we speak, and you can get it from most carriers or unlocked. It launched for over $849 last year but these days you can find it from carriers like T-Mobile for under $700. In fact, T-Mobile wants just $690 for it. 

In a surprise move the LG V40 is available now for pre-order, although those in the United States can't pre-order the phone until around October 11th. The LG V40 will officially get released on October 18-19th in the United States. So, you only have a few weeks to wait. 

However, the LG V40 costs around $900-980 depending on which carrier you buy it from, so it's quite expensive. 

Get the older V30 for under $700 now, or pay about $200 extra for the bigger screen, better performance, new cameras, and likely faster updates. We'll let you decide.
