Since Star Wars Battlefront's releae in November the developer has stuck to a consistent release protocol with its free Battlefront updates and it's sticking to the script here with the May Star Wars Battlefront update. You can expect the Star Wars Battlefront servers to go offline late at night on release day (if you're in the U.S.) as the company preps the client-side release. Here is what to expect, it's actually slightly different than the usual downtime to prepare accordingly if you play on staying up to play tonight: - PC: 7:00 AM UTC (12:00 AM PT / 3:00 AM ET) - PlayStation 4: 9:00 AM UTC (1:00 AM PT / 4:00 AM ET) - Xbox One: 11:00 PM UTC ( 2:00 AM PT / 5:00 AM ET) EA DICE notes that it doesn't "foresee having extended downtime for this release." So expect to get into the action pretty fast on the 3rd. | ||||||||
