Early Metal Gear 5 Review

The Metal Gear Solid 5 release date still hasn't landed but that doesn't mean that we haven't heard a whole lot about the game. In fact, some people have already gotten early access to Metal Gear 5 and they've shared their thoughts with interested consumers ahead of the release.

DualShockers managed to get hands-on with the PS4 version of the game and just days ago shared some initial impressions of a game that millions are still unable to play. The site details the sixth mission which takes place in Afghanistan.

According to their impressions, the game appears to be very solid and near complete. Here are a few other tidbits that they shared:

They look great aesthetically, and for sure they’re part of the story. Graphically, the game is already very fluid most of the time.

Map and settings are much bigger than Ground Zeroes, and there are further improvements here and there. Lighting is beautiful.

It's not clear what the developers will do in the final three months to release though they suspect that the company will use the extra time to clean the game up and test online gameplay for the Metal Gear Online experience.
