If you want to get your loyalty rewards, then you have to restart the game and try again. Don’t worry, you’re not going to miss them. The loyalty rewards are a big popup right at the start, much like the daily login was last year, you can’t miss it. Just keep restarting the game if you really want them.”
They share that it can take up to 30 times restarting the game. If you wait for the MLB The Show 17 server problems to end, you may not run into this issue.

Having same issue WTF?!

When i play The Show with my friend, at times, after a batter gets a hit, he will freeze at home plate. Also, sometimes when a batters hits a home run he will stay at home and not run the bases and this usually leads to the game freezing up with no way to continue by either of us.
Is this a technical issue? Or is it an in-game issue. And is it something we can fix from our end. And if it is a game problem, can i go return my current game and swap it out for another one. Thanks.

When playing my franchise my HR’s or RBI’s are not totaling correctly. ALso, in the middle of a game the stats reset. Why is this?
05/17/2017 at 4:26 pm
Same problems as these others,? why in franchise mode are players stats not saving and its how’s only 1 at bat a game and not of the hitting stats or pitching stats will show up. All the other cpu teams stats show up but mine don’t. Completely wrecks franchise mode for me. Please respond

The game does not keep stats which is the point of the game.
06/04/2017 at 4:29 pm
The game is not keeping the correct stats. Makes it unplayable. How can we fix this issue?

I am having the same issue with the stats erasing mid game during franchise mode. Usually happens when I bring in a pinch hitter. Completely ruining the experience for me as well…
