We had heard that the Motorola Droid 3 might be launching on July 7th but without any sort of hard evidence, that rumor is a little suspect. Well, it appears that we finally have some physical evidence but it points to a release date a week later on July 14th.
The evidence comes from Droid Attic and it arrives in the form of an internal document from Best Buy and lists the Droid 3 as arriving at Best Buy on July 13th which means that Best Buy would likely start selling it a day later on July 14th. Keep in mind that it’s also very possible that it might launch somewhere else before the 14th rolls around.
Now, we pretty much know what the Droid 3 is going to be about as it has leaked out numerous times and has even been released in China as the Milestone 3. All we need now from Verizon and Motorola is a release date and some pricing.
How does July 14th for $200 sound to all of you?
