One of the best Android smartphones on the market, the Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX, will be making its way to the shores of the United Kingdom in May.
Motorola, in an official press release, announced that the Droid RAZR MAXX will be hitting shelves sometime during the middle of next month. The company declined to give the phone an official release date.
However, the Droid RAZR MAXX is currently available for pre-order for folks in the United Kingdom who may have an itch to put their name down early.
And we wouldn’t blame anyone for doing so.
The Motorola Droid RAZR MAXX is one of the best Android smartphones on the market. A lot of that has to do with the massive battery that it has, 3,300 mAh to be exact, which allows for lengthy usage. Motorola also figured out a way to keep the design thin, even with the large battery, and the Droid RAZR MAXX checks in with a 8.9mm frame.
The UK model isn’t 4G LTE and that could mean even longer battery life as well.
It also features a spacious 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen, 1GB of RAM, a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, an 8MP rear camera, and Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
The phone will likely be upgraded to the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Google’s latest operating system, in the future.
