If you own a Nexus 6, expect to see the Android 5.1.1 update soon. Again, you shouldn't count on Google to announce anything between now and the dump into AOSP so you'll simply need to remain patient as it completes its testing. 

Rogers says that the Nexus 6 Android 5.1.1 update is coming soon and again, there's no reason to believe that the information is inaccurate. Rogers wouldn't have posted the information if it didn't believe that a release was indeed close.
