It's an amazing phone, one of the best, and you'll love it. 

However, the OnePlus 6 gets you a pretty similar experience for only $529. Yes, the base model is 64GB of storage and 6GB of RAM, for $529. You can get 128GB and 8GB of RAM for $579, or even buy a 256GB model. You'll be able to get a OnePlus 6 starting on May 22nd. 

At the end of the day, the OnePlus 6 is around $300 cheaper than the Galaxy S9+. All while delivering a very similar experience aside from a few features like wireless charging and water-resistance. That said, those extra features and the better camera really deliver a premium experience that's hard to match.
