Another area where the company made huge improvements is the camera situation. That was always the weakest link for OnePlus phones, but that's no longer the case with the 6T.
With the OnePlus 6, the company finally delivered a better camera. The main 16MP camera has an f/1.7 aperture and a large 1.22 um sensor than the 5T. That larger sensors captures more light, quick, and has optical image stabilization. Both EOS and IOS. You’ll also enjoy 480 FPS slow-motion video recording (1 minute long) and tons of new controls for portrait photography. Then you have a second lens, of course. That same camera setup is what's inside the OnePlus 6T. So while both phones have dual 20+16MP cameras, the OnePlus 6T takes far better photos. Even the front-facing camera is a 20MP sensor instead of a 16MP one. If you find the 5T camera lacking, you'll probably really enjoy the improvements on the 6T.
