If you own Far Harbor, take a look at this mod for the DLC.

Unified Clothing Overhaul (UCO) for Far Harbor allows you to do a number of things with the clothing/armor in Bethesda's popular DLC. 

You can customize the look of the items you find in Far Harbor. You can put Legendary Effects on items that normally don't have them. You can equip armor pieces over all of your clothing and armor. 

It's one of our favorite Far Harbor mods and one that you should have on your radar if you're looking for a little more customization.
