Don't Install If You Aren't Ok With Problems
Last year Apple pulled the first watchOS 5 beta due to issues, so there is a good precedent for avoiding the beta if you don't like problems.
We also routinely hear about issues with battery life and app compatibility during the watchOS beta process. The whole point of this update is to test and develop new versions of apps for the software, and that means things won't always work.
If you rely on your Apple Watch for work, tracking activity or any health functions, do not install the watchOS 6 beta. There will be issues, especially in the first month or two.
