We're already seeing Surface Laptop 3 deals, but no Surface Pro 7 deals. 

If you are willing to wait a month or two, we should start to see discounts for Black Friday. We should also see student and military discount deals through Microsoft in the near future. Waiting a little while could help you save $50 or get a deal on accessories. 

Typically if you wait until the next year, you will see even bigger deals, but that isn't as practical as simply waiting a few weeks or until late November.
