Nothing is confirmed but there's a very good chance Rockstar will cook up some exciting Red Dead Redemption 2 DLC. Our hope is that the DLC isn't solely focused on Red Dead Redemption 2 Online.

In the years since the GTA 5 release Rockstar's pushed a mind-boggling amount of GTA 5 DLC content to PC, Xbox One and PS4 owners. Sadly, all of the DLC has focused on GTA Online.

We get it, it's the cash cow, but it would've been nice to see the company cater to fans of the single-player experience as well.

We, and many others, enjoyed expansions like The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and the Damned for Grand Theft Auto 4.

Rockstar will almost certainly release tons of DLC content for the online portion of RDR 2 but we'd love to see something for those of us that want to continue playing but don't necessarily want to hop online to do so.

Red Dead Redemption featured an excellent expansion called Undead Nightmare. If you're unfamiliar, it's a standalone expansion (with single-player and multiplayer components) that puts gamers in the shoes of John Marston as he investigates a plague outbreak.

It was spooky, it was clever, and it had something for everyone. It's one of our favorite DLC's ever made. We're hoping for a sequel.

And if not Undead Nightmare 2, another piece of DLC that supplies us with more adventures to take on our own.
