Retribution Infinite Warfare DLC 4 Problems Anger Xbox Gamers
After waiting a month for the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare DLC 4 release date on the Xbox One, passionate gamers who bought the Infinite Warfare Season Pass cannot play the new maps or experience the new Zombies as part of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Retribution DLC. Infinity Ward warns players not to buy the DLC separately while they work on a fix.
On the Xbox One, Season Pass holders only see an option to pay for the Retribution map pack separately. These players already paid $49.99 for the Season pass, which includes these maps. This is a widespread issue that Activision and Infinity Ward are aware of.
This issue started around midnight and continues on October 12th at 1 PM Eastern.

In an update posted around noon Eastern an Infinity Ward employee posted the following update on Reddit. User ashtonisVULCAN_IW writes, “Good morning. We’ve got people working on this (as they have been since last night) and I hope to have an update for you all as soon as possible. I don’t have an ETA on a fix just yet and I really don’t want to set false expectations here, but I can say that I understand the frustation[sic] you all are feeling and apologize for the inconvenience. This issue was completely unexpected and we know you’re eager to hop into the DLC, so hold tight just a little longer and I’ll give an update when I have more info.
