New Camera Features | ||||||||

SamMobile believes that Android 5.1 could bring full support for Google’s camera API. If that's true, it could mean “support for features like shooting in RAW and the option to control the shutter speed, which are not currently available on the S6 and S6 edge.” These features aren't present in early Android 5.1.1 builds but SamMobile has a good track record when it comes to software releases so the information is credible. And that has us extremely excited about what's to come. The Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge cameras are already outstanding, especially in low light, and we welcome any other improvements that Samsung has to offer. There's no guarantee that these will make it to the final Android 5.1 builds but they've got us eager with anticipation. | ||||||||
