The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 launch, which has been rumored numerous times for later this year, has once again been pegged for September meaning the Galaxy Note 2 successor will almost likely make its debut around the time of the IFA 2013 trade show in Berlin, Germany.
For months, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been a great source of rumors with the device seeping to the surface on a near daily basis ahead of its upcoming launch. The device has been taking shape though no thanks to Samsung itself. Instead, unofficial information has pegged the device as having a 5.7-inch 1080p display, quad-core processor of the Snapdragon 800 or Exynos 5 Octa variety, and a 13MP camera.
Rumors have also been swirling in regards to the device’s launch date and release date. Whispers have pointed to July, August or September for the Galaxy Note 3 launch with September emerging as the front-runner thanks to a Galaxy Note launch history that is linked to the IFA trade show in Berlin, Germany, a trade show that just so happens to be taking place at the beginning of September in 2013.
The Galaxy Note 3 has specifically been pegged for September 4th, just ahead of IFA 2013, which would fall in line with previous launches. Samsung typically uses an Unpacked event away from IFA to introduce the new device and then shows off the Galaxy Note itself at the trade show. Samsung announced the Galaxy S4 at an Unpacked event dubbed Episode 1 and the Galaxy Note 3 is expected at Episode 2.
Just when that might be remains a mystery but it’s becoming clear that the launch is looking good for September with yet another report, this time from the Korea Herald, suggesting the Galaxy Note 3 launch will take place in September at IFA.
What this means is that just about every rumor has aligned, making September the most logical launch date for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. If that’s the case, invites for the event should be sent out ahead of time.
Consumers also shouldn’t expect to see the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 itself leak out until much closer to September as Samsung typically is able to keep its designs a secret up until the launch.
