Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Rumors Flow, But Questions Remain

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumors continue to flow, teasing prospective buyers with a number of tantalizing specifications. However, even with the leaks, questions about the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 remain as it still has yet to be ironed out completely ahead of launch.

Samsung isn’t expected to debut the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 until early September with September 4th and September 6th being rumored as potential Galaxy Note 3 launch dates. That hasn’t stopped Galaxy Note 3 rumors from sprouting up from below the surface though and already, consumers are getting a partial glimpse at what to expect from the upcoming smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 rumors continue to puzzle consumers.

Thanks to Samsung, we know that a new Exynos 5 Octa chip and 3GB of RAM are more than likely going to be coming with the Galaxy Note 3. Rumors have also suggested that the device will come with a 1080p display that may or may not be 5.7-inches and a 13MP camera that could include optical zoom. Still, it has been impossible to peg down many of the exact specifications of the Galaxy Note 3 thanks to a series of confusing and questionable rumors.

Today is a perfect example of that as Korean publication MK News has produced a spec sheet for the Galaxy Note 3 that attempts to add clarity but is unable to do so thanks to a discovery by TechKiddy that takes the Galaxy Note 3 on another turn.

The former shares a specification sheet that lists the Galaxy Note 3 as having a 5.7-inch display, Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, Advanced-LTE and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. That all lines up with many of the rumors we’ve seen before. However, the latter’s discovery, from an Indian logistics website, throws a wrench in that.

The finding shows that Samsung may be at least testing three different sized Samsung Galaxy Note 3’s, a 5.5-inch model, a 5.7-inch model, and a 6-inch model. The company has been rumored to not have made a final decision on the Galaxy Note 3 so it could be that it chooses one of these rather than releasing all of them to the market. Unfortunately, it’s impossible to say if that is the case or not as the device remains unofficial.

Possible Galaxy Note 3 specs include a 5.7-inch display and Android 4.3.

There have been rumors that have suggested that Samsung may release several different variants of the Galaxy Note 3, each with different specifications, but as of yet, that remains unconfirmed and murky.

Interestingly, the model numbers SM-N900A, SM-N900T, and SM-N900V have shown up here. They are expected to be the AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Galaxy Note 3 models respectively. Oddly enough, the AT&T model is listed with a 6-inch display like the T-Mobile model while the rumored Verizon variant is apparently being tested with a 5.7-inch display.

So while leaks often help consumers get a grasp over devices before they are launch, the Galaxy Note 3 leaks have only left consumers with more questions ahead of launch.

Why is Verizon always out to shaft its customers? All the other providers seem to get the hint and listen to market trends and their consumers….

If Verizon, indeed, brings up the rear on this, they can finally kiss my @$$ goodbye! Getting angry at just the thought!

There is no way they could not have decided on the screen sizes a month before the launch. That was set in concrete a long time ago.
