Today is a big day for Canada as one of the best Android smartphones to date, the Samsung Galaxy S II, has landed on two Canadian carriers today as both Bell and Virgin Mobile are now both offering up Samsung’s glorious device to the Canadian public.

Galaxy S II

Here’s how it breaks down. If you order the Samsung Galaxy S II from Bell, it’s going to cost you $169.95 on a three-year contract. Luckily, unlike carriers in the United States, there are several more options should you not want to be under contract for three years. For two years, you’ll need to pony up $549.95, for a one year contract the Galaxy S II is $574.95, and finally, if you don’t want a contract at all, it’s $599.95.

If you get it on Virgin Mobile, and you order it between July 20th and July 25th, you’ll get a $25 gift card to go along with free shipping. The prices on Virgin are almost identical to the ones on Bell but there are less options. It’s going to run you $169.99 on a three year contract or $599 with no-contract.

So, if you live in Canada and you’ve been itching for this phone, you can go ahead and order online right now. You can find it on Bell here or at Virgin Mobile here. As for those of you in the United States, the wait continues, but remember.

A Samsung exec claims that the phone will be arriving in the U.S. next month. We’re skeptical, but hopeful.
