For those of you who didn’t get your hands on one of those shiny limited edition Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 tablets given out at Google I/O, you’ll be happy to know that the non-limited edition versions have just gone up for pre-order at J&R.
The pricing of the device is at was originally announced by Samsung which means that you can snag a 16GB Tab 10.1 for $499 and a 32GB Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 for $599. Unfortunately, the retailer doesn’t say when the device is going to be shipping but Samsung has already told us that it will be arriving on June 8th.
The devices listed here are what we thought they were going to be. A tablet with a 1GHzTegra 2 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, a 3MP rear camera, a front-facing 2MP shooter, Bluetooth 2.1 support, a 7,000 mAH battery, a 8.6mm thin design, and of course a 10.1-inch display with 1280 x 800 resolution.
So, if this is the tablet device that you for sure want as you’ve exhausted all of your other options, then this pre-order might just be what you have been looking for.
