September Black Ops 3 Update: 5 Things to Expect, 4 Things Not To
Don't Expect Major Changes to Supply Drops

We've seen some new Black Ops 3 Supply Drop changes with guaranteed weapons for Season Pass holders and in contracts, but don't expect a faster Cryptokey earn rate or better chances with Supply Drops overall. Activision is making a lot of money from micro-transactions inside of free and paid games, and we don't expect this to change while people still pay for faster access. The last update did not change the statistics in any meaningful way, and you can see your chances of opening a weapon in a Supply Drop is very low. These Supply Drop stats are not from Activision, but from a user who tallied up the openings from YouTube Call of Duty personalities.
