Bethesda's Hearthfire DLC delivers several additional player-homes including Lakeview Manor, an estate that's located in Falkreath Hold. Its located between Falkreath and Riverwood. The vanilla version of the player-home is good but Draco's additions transform it into an outstanding piece of property. With this mod installed you'll notice some major changes to Lakeview Manor. It adds a few guards that will help you patrol the property though you will need to hire these guards. The mod also adds some additional gardens and lights and an old cabin in the woods. These changes give the Manor an excellent feel. Who knows, maybe you'll start using it as your primary home.
