Enhanced Blood Textures improves the look of Skyrim's blood and gore. If you're into that sort of thing, this is a mod you want right now. On top of the improved textures, you'll also get blood drops when health is low, more blood when tons of damage is done, blood pools, and green blood for spiders, and even oil for machines. It's gory but it's a goodie.
