T-Mobile USA tonight announces its latest tablet addition to its 4G HSPA+ portfolio in the form of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, which is an enhanced and updated version to the Galaxy Tab 7 that was offered on the nation’s fourth largest carrier last year. With the new Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, T-Mobile announces that its portfolio now encompasses 7-, 8-, 9-, and 10-inch tablets.

The new Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has, as its name implies, a 7-inch display and weighs just 0.77 pounds. The device comes with Android 3.2 Honeycomb, a dual-core 1.2 GHz processor, 16 GB of internal memory with a micro SDHC card slot that can accommodate an additional 32 GB of storage, and support for Samsung Media Hub where users can have access to additional digital contents including movies.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus also comes equipped with Samsung’s TouchWiz user experience for tablets, which unlike TouchWiz for smartphones is minimally intrusive to the underlying Android experience.

The slate tablet is available from T-Mobile starting November 16 for a down payment of $250 after a $50 rebate on a two-year contract. Additionally, on approved credit, 20 monthly interest-free payments of $10 will be charged to a user’s account.

The Galaxy 7 Plus joins also the recently announced T-Mobile Springboard tablet by Huawei as well as the HTC Flyer and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on T-Mobile’s 4G network.
