T-Mobile Galaxy Note Release Date Nears

The T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note release date has inched closer as the carrier now lists the device as coning soon on its website.

As noted by Phandroid, T-Mobile’s website reveals that the carrier expects to launch the Samsung Galaxy Note soon as the device is now listed with a ‘Coming Soon’ note attached to the splash page that T-Mobile launched ahead of its release date.

The carrier does not list a price with the Samsung Galaxy Note which means those wondering about the device’s price tag are going to have to keep waiting for T-Mobile to announce something official.

T-Mobile has still yet to reveal the official release date for the Galaxy Note, though we expect that it might launch on August 8th as  that is the current rumored date and thus far, we’ve seen nothing that disputes it.

The T-Mobile Galaxy Note release date appears close.

So, it’s possible that T-Mobile will soon start a pre-order period for the highly anticipated 5.3-inch phablet that the carrier said back in July would be arriving in the coming weeks.

T-Mobile’s Galaxy Note will be identical to the one that launched on AT&T, though it will feature HSPA+ speeds and not 4G LTE data speeds.

T-Mobile’s version will come with a 5.3-inch HD Super AMOLED display, dual-core Snapdragon S3 CPU clocked at 1.5 GHz, and compatibility with the S Pen digitizer. The phone will have an 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

The launch comes just shortly before Samsung is expected to announce the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, a device that has been rumored to be launching on either August 15th or August 30th.

Samsung Note for T-Mobile USA will be released Aug 8, 2012. However I would wait for Samsung Note 2 as it is a far superior improved Note with big possibility of carrying the LTE technology as well as an improved 5.5 inch screen, the quad chip and better camera resolution, Is it worth the wait ? It all depends how fast you want the speed for the internet. Finally T-Mobile is catching up !!!! The Samsung Note 2, theGalaxy SIII and hopefully the iphone 5 will give T-Mobile the lead in phones and rates and should leap to 1st place. Go T-Mobile. Its about time !!!
