Apple is already working on a macOS 1.15.1 update for Catalina. This will likely land laster this month or in November. Expect to see a ton of bug fixes, for Apple to round out some of the new features and to make things run smoother. This is the update that most users should wait for before installing Catalina. Apple released the macOS 10.15.1 update to developers in early October and it includes new Photos features and support for AMB Navi RDNA eGPU devices.
