Google's stable of Google Play Edition smartphones are worth of a look before settling on the Nexus 5. While they come with expensive price tags and are only available through the Google Play Store, they come with something that many Android users covet: An almost vanilla version of Android software.

The benefit of devices like the HTC One M8, Sony Xperia Z  Ultra, Galaxy S4, and the rumored Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition is the software that comes on board. These devices come with all of the bells and whistles of the regular models but they also come with a near stock Android.

In other words, if an HTC One M8 without Sense sounds interesting, then these devices are worth a look. Again, they're expensive but they're worth ruling out before deciding on the Nexus 5.

No, I don’t want to wait more for Nexus 5 and waste my hard earned money on other Smartphone. Well I will soon purchase this Nexus 5 as I am quite impressed with its all specs and features. I have read somewhere that its 2300mAh battery performance is excellent that after fully charged on qi charger runs throughout the day with normal use.
