Alright. so I realize many of you out there are sick of the rumors regarding the Motorola Droid Bionic. I get it, I really do. But the fact is, I’m about as anxious as all of you to see this phone come out and thankfully, it looks like the rumors and speculation are going to end soon. Over at DroidForums.net, a Verizon employee was kind enough to snap a picture of a display that has a silhouette of a device with the words ‘Coming Soon’ sprawled across the front of it. The mystery device looks to be about 4.3-inches in size and sits between the Motorola Droid X2 and the Motorola Droid 3. It’s very possible that this could be some other mystery device but chances are, we’re looking at the silhouette of the phone that you and I have been waiting for.
Verizon’s first dual-core 4G LTE smartphone, the Motorola Droid Bionic.
We are fast approaching the end of July and we have heard that August 4th is a likely candidate for the release of this phone. We’ve also heard September but an FCC filing pretty much reaffirms that this thing is coming by August 7th.
Of course, there is no guarantee when it comes to Verizon. Remember what happened with the Samsung Droid Charge and the HTC ThunderBolt? I doubt the foul this release up though. Anyway, ‘Coming Soon’ folks, hold onto your hats.
