How to Watch the iPhone 5S & iOS 7 Event Live
Apple’s iPhone 5S and iOS 7 event starts later today at Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino and iPhone users who want to be the first to see the iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C and iOS 7 are already looking for a live stream of the Apple event.
Apple streams many product announcements, including the iOS 7 announcement this summer at WWDC 2013, the iPhone 5 announcement last September and the last iPad announcement. At this time we don’t have a confirmed iOS 7 and iPhone 5S event live stream link from Apple.
Update: As the event moves within 30 minutes of starting, it looks like Apple will not provide a live stream.
Update: iOS 7 Release Date for iPhone & iPad Confirmed
We reached out to Apple to find out if the company will offer a iPhone 5S event live stream and Apple and received the following statement, which leaves room for a live stream announcement later this morning.
“No live stream has been announced. Thanks for your interest.”
This is a positive sign for an iPhone 5S live stream as Apple confirmed that there would be no live stream of the iPhone event in 2011 the day before the event.

We are hopeful that Apple will offer a iPhone 5S event live stream today, even though it is at a smaller more intimate setting on the Apple campus where live streams are not the norm. Big smartphone announcements are a part of what consumers expect, and something Samsung, LG, HTC and others.
The iPhone 5S event starts at 10 AM Pacific on September 10th 2013. This is 11 AM Mountain , Noon Central and 1 PM Eastern.
Watch the iPhone 5S & iOS 7 Event Live in Video
If Apple offers an official iPhone 5S and iOS 7 event live stream we will add a link to this page as soon as Apple publishes one. The company will add the iPhone 5S event to the Apple Events page before it starts if there is a live stream and will add it afterwards for users who cannot watch live.
Apple only streams to iOS and OS X computers so users will need to watch in Safari on an iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or OS X computer. The version Apple offers as a stream after the event completes is available on all mobile devices and Windows computers.
Update: Scott Stein of CNet shares a photo of many uplink trucks at the iPhone 5S & iOS 7 event which is a good sign.

If Apple does not offer a live stream there will occasionally be an unofficial live stream on Justin.tv or uStream. If one of the attendees turns a webcam or smartphone towards the stage. This may not happen in the small confines of Apple’s Town Hall meeting place, and if it does don’t expect a high quality video.
If Apple does not offer a live stream and there are no pirate iPhone 5S live streams, TWIT is an option to catch the event in live audio. In the past this show offered links to streams, live updates of the Apple event and other information coming out from the live Apple event.
Follow iPhone 5S Live Blogs
If there are no iPhone 5S event live streams there will be numerous live blogs from inside Apple’s event, bringing photos and news to users who can’t see the event happen on video.
Ars Technica will offer a live blog of the iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C and iOS 7 event with good photos and spot on coverage of what Tim Cook and Apple executives say on stage.

These guys are idiots, as in Apple…Also, fingerprints should never be used for authentication! Only identification…People should really understand security before blindly using it.
