The team at Motorola has been busy as of late with updates to Android 4.4 KitKat for the Moto X, not to mention getting the Moto Maker customization options to all carriers, but they didn’t forget about the DROID lineup on Verizon.
After hearing the DROID Ultra, MAXX, and DROID Mini would also get Android 4.4 KitKat sometime soon, today we’re getting a look at what may end up being a limited holiday edition all-new white DROID Mini. This is the same well-rounded budget device they delivered earlier this year, only with a brand new color options just in time for the holidays. Now all we need is a KitKat release date timeline.
The casual leakster @evleaks shared the image over on Twitter, but that’s all we have at the moment. There’s no details as to when the new DROID Mini in white will be released, but a few sources claim it’s before the end of the month. According to Droid-Life a new white DROID Mini and Ultra will both be available come November 29th from Verizon.
This is the same Motorola DROID Mini we already know and love, just with a new coat of snow white paint for the holidays. Offering a 4.3-inch edge-to-edge 720p HD display, Snapdragon S4 Pro dual-core processor and Motorola’s X8 computing system, and the same awesome features and notifications from the Moto X.
