    Just yesterday, June 19, Sprint online chat rep named “Jessica” assured me that my 32gb is on its way and will receive it by the 21st. Because of my suspicion I asked for more info, such is the stock presence in Sprint warehouse, but was denied any bit or piece of it.
    They claim all this high customer satisfaction, but bait and switch will not make customers happy.
    Sprint reputation bucket is overflowing with unfullfiled promises. JD and Assoc. award wont fix it.
    Just last Year Sprint took my unlimited hotspot and changed it to 2GB or I can pay $30 more and get 5gb limit.
    Not happy with you Sprint, just not happy..
