The iOS 9.3 update added a new Night Shift feature to the iPhone and iPad. This Night Mode allows you to use the iPad Pro at night without the sleep depriving blue glow of the screen.
Go to Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Night Shift -> Scheduled. From here you can change settings and options. We like to use the Night Shift schedule with sunset and sunrise, but you can use anytime that you want to get a better night of sleep even when you use your 9.7-inch iPad Pro late at night.
