Batman: Arkham Origins

Batman: Arkham Origins (GRID streaming only) takes place seven years before the other Arkham games. Players can pick up the Batman story from early in his career. It's almost like they grabbed him the first few weeks after he put on the suit. Fans of the comic book Batman Year One will feel at home playing as Batman in that time frame.

Batman: Arkham Origins has some of the best graphics and game play of any of the NVIDIA Shield TV games from GRID or Google Play. My son, an avid gamer, usually chooses this game first when he fires up any of the NVIDIA Shield TV games.

The game features an incredible story line. It's Christmas Eve and Batman's trying to stop the low-life criminals in Arkham City. He discovers some crazy bad guys like the Joker, Black Mask and Deathstroke.

Batman routinely faces 10-20 enemies at once and brutally breaks arms, legs and knocks them out, sometimes with a single punch. It's a lot of fun.

One of the fun challenges asks the player to solve a crime at the crime scene without any fighting. This tests Batman's detective skills. Another challenge forces Batman to solve Riddler's puzzles all over the city.

Free-roam players will enjoy the game as well. Go into stealth and take out one of the Black Mask's henchmen.
