Apple quietly upgraded the keyboard in the 2019 MacBook Pro with new materials that they say should prevent missed keys and double presses. 

It should still be quieter like the 2018 MacBook Pro, but if they did indeed fix the problem it will also now be more accurate. 

Keep in mind that it is still very early, and Apple though they fixed the problem once before. Like the older Mac notebooks, this 2019 model is included in the service program. 

This is a reason to upgrade to the 2019 MacBook Pro, but you may want to wait for a look at the long term reliability before you jump.
