If you want to avoid having to wait in line for the model you want on the iPhone 8 release date, make sure you put in a pre-order on Friday.
Apple's iPhone launches are always spectacles. People are already lining up for the new iPhones and those lines will grow in size as we approach the release day. Stores also typically have uneven stock. While they might have a ton of one model, they might not have enough of another to satisfy demand. Imagine waiting in line for hours only to find out that the model(s) you want are out of stock. It could drive you insane. Showing up to a retail location on release day, be it an Apple Store, a carrier, or a retailer, could prove to be futile. If you have a specific color and storage size in mind, make sure you put in a pre-order online.
There's a very good chance you won't get what you want if you wait until September 22nd. |

I really hoped that they might reveal more information about iPhone 8, like ram capacity. However most of the rumors that were floating around over the past few days were true. I love the fact that they implemented Face ID and Wireless charging. I will wait a little bit longer for detailed reviews of iPhone X before I order it.
