Wait If You're Concerned About Problems

If you're concerned about hardware or software problems, you might want to hang back and wait.

The Galaxy Note 20 series runs Android 10 with Samsung's One UI 2.5 out of the box. Google and Samsung have made significant improvements to their software in 2020, but we could see some issues popup after the devices land in the hands of consumers late on this month.

Samsung will push bug fix updates to the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy Note 20 Ultra in the weeks ahead and some of you might want to hang back and wait for the company to iron out initial issues with the phones.

New Galaxy phones sometimes debut with hardware issues as well. We haven't heard about any widespread problems, but the phones aren't on shelves yet.

If you're concerned, you might want to wait and see what kinds of problems early adopters run into later this month.
