The Galaxy S10 5G looks great on paper and early feedback was good, but you still might want to hang around and see how it performs in the real world.

We haven't spent a whole lot of time with the Galaxy S10 5G so we can't provide you with our own feedback just yet. That said, those that have found a few bright spots including battery life.

The Galaxy S10 5G comes with a larger battery than Samsung's other Galaxy S10 models. The Galaxy S10+ has a 4100mAh battery while the Galaxy S10 5G comes with a bigger 4,500mAh battery. That's a 12.5% difference.

One early review claimed that the Galaxy S10 5G still had around 50% battery remaining at the end of the day. That's huge for power users and those looking to spend a lot of time on 5G.

Early impressions are useful, but most of you should wait for full Galaxy S10 5G reviews. They'll likely arrive in and around that May 16th release date.

Better yet, you should wait for long-term Galaxy S10 5G reviews. These will help you determine if paying a premium for the specs and 5G support is worth it. Verizon's 5G network is in its infancy and it's already experiencing growing pains.
