In another part of the Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 details we learn about perks and killstreaks from Charlie Intel. We'll see Dead Silence which mutes your footsteps, at least based on the current pre-alpha gameplay. We should also see some type of Scavenger perk to pick up ammo. Toughness will not return at this stage, but there is improved handling in this area from the get go. Ali-A says that this is happening to keep users from feeling like they need to use the same perks all the time just to stay on a competitive level. | ||||||
