If you want to pre-order Modern Warfare 3, but want to spend less than the MSRP on a copy of the game, you probably won't have to wait for the game's release date.  

It's early, so we haven't seen a ton of deals popup yet, but you can expect to see some slight discounts in the buildup to the game's release date.

We probably won't see any massive discounts emerge before the release date, but we could see some retailers, particularly those that sell keys for Windows, take anywhere from 5-15% off the price.

If you're dead set on a pre-order, make sure you shop around before you commit.
