The Motorola DROID Mini is a little older than the Moto X and showing its age, but is the smallest phone on our list and surely another decent option. It comes with a 4.3-inch 720p display, and most of the features users of the popular DROID Ultra enjoyed. It features a powerful dual-core processor and the same Motorola 8x computing system, 2 GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and a 10 megpaixel camera. It's only available on Verizon Wireless in the United States, but a DROID Mini for international markets can be bought and used on GSM carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, or MetroPCS.
